焊接機器人的送絲方式有哪幾種?

焊接機器人的出現為用戶的焊接工藝帶來了很大的方便,在利用焊接機器人進行熔化極氣體保護焊的過程中,送絲過程基本都是一步到位了,那是因為焊接機器人中設置有自動化的送絲系統,包括了送絲、送絲軟管、焊絲盤等部分組成,通過完美的配置將焊絲送至指定位置。

還有一種是推拉絲式送絲方式,也是焊接機器人送絲系統中會用到的工作方式,這種送絲系統中同時有推絲機和拉絲機,其中推絲為主要動力,拉絲是將焊絲校直。雖然它的送絲軟管可加長到10m,但由于結構復雜,所以實際中用的并不多。
